Established in 2001, LIGNE BLEUE CYBER is an independent agency, which works on a human-scale.

When implementing projects on behalf of customers, we need to know where to find information, who is responsible for this information, whether it is up-to-date, confidential, etc..
Experience has shown that :
Finding information is not always an easy task, given the number of sources within a company
This information may be generated by several sources which may be using contradictory information
Access to these information sources is not always secured
The increasing weight of presentations often means that they are divided into a number of files before being pieced back together again r
Difficulties in retrieving documents are exacerbated for mobile staff
Once information has been found, employees are often able to modify it and send it on, thus multiplying the versions of a single document
It is impossible to update data once information has been scaled down
As soon as information has been distributed, it is difficult to control confidentiality, particularly outside the company.
Under these circumstances, we were asked by customers whether we use or know of a product capable of handling these issues.
In response to this request, we had the choice of either:
Developing a proprietary tool, which would involve major customer investment and user training
Developing an application which completes the functionalities of the presentation software most widely used by companies: PowerPoint
We chose to develop "add-in" software for Power Point: without a doubt the most cost-effective solution in terms of investment in material and human resources.
LIGNE BLEUE CYBER took this opportunity to join Microsoft's Young Publisher (Empower) programme, thus benefiting from expertise in the Microsoft.net development platform, but also advance knowledge of future developments to PowerPoint software. The durability of our application is thus closely linked to a product that is already well-established.
LIGNE BLEUE CYBER is now a Microsoft Certified Partner in the Software Publisher category. Our company has joined the exclusive circle of Beta Tester companies for the new version of Microsoft Office 12, due for release in France in early September 2006. Only three companies were selected in France.
This key stage for our company will enable us to prepare the future of our software and share know-how acquired with you.
