This version of CollibryT is designed for the company's mobile staff. It can be used in conjunction with the server version, a sophisticated synchronisation system gives mobile staff ongoing access to the latest versions of presentations
 
 

Not all staff have systematic access to intranet or internet connection. Sales representatives do not always have a fixed office. They connect to their company's head office via a telephone line or ADSL. In order to meet the requirements of this nomadic population, we have developed a thin client version of Collibry. It boasts exactly the same functionalities as the server version: use of a virtual office, data updating, securing information.
CONTEXT
The subsidiary of a major agri-food group has equipped its entire commercial fleet with laptop computers. The whole team then meets on an annual basis to devise the plan for the year. This meeting provides an opportunity to supply each sales representative with kits and PowerPoint presentations outlining the year's innovations. During the rest of the year, any updates are emailed to the individual representatives.
